I’m an out of state seller. Andrea and her team took over from our property manager and had the house on the market in a week. We had an offer in 4 days and Andrea handled the negotiations masterfully. We agreed to a couple repairs, which were all handled by her team, all I had to do was agree to the estimates. Closing went smooth and on time. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend the Pettitt Group!

Andrea Pettitt is the best real estate agent I have ever hired. If you have stumbled onto this review, look no further—you’ve found everything you were looking for and more than you knew could exist in a representative. Her decades of experience in the Boise market were apparent as she listed our home and sold it in a day for over the asking price. When I buy or sell property in the Boise real estate market, she will be my first, and last, stop in finding a competent agent.

Liz knows Idaho Real Estate! From start to finish the selling process with Liz was a breeze. She identified small changes to our property (close to BSU) that made it more charming and within one day we had an offer well above asking price. The entire deal (listing to close) was about a month, during which time Liz helped us navigate the litany of forms. Liz’s joy for helping people buy and sell homes made our experience pleasant. Andrea was a tremendous help in the recent sale of our house. She and her team were there every step of the way, from helping us locate contractors to aiding us in restoring the home to good condition after several years of renting it out, to staging the home and quickly finding a buyer…We would definitely recommend Andrea to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable realtor.
