Very knowledgeable about the Boise area
Chris Fuhrman is very knowledgeable about the Boise area and its neighborhoods. She is easy going and friendly. Chris responds to questions and emails very quickly and is always thorough when going over documents.

Emily Shultz is fantastic…12 out of 10 stars. Do yourself a favor and select her for your buying needs in Boise!! Emily is responsive and knows the Boise market very well. She will spend as much time as you need to feel comfortable with an area and also, your purchase should you find the “right” home. Never once did we feel rushed or, that her interests outweighed ours. The P&S process was so easy and Emily and her team kept it going and provided daily updates. For a detail-oriented, OCD’ish client, she was perfect. That said, without a doubt, she can provide whatever level of involvement you prefer. We highly recommend Emily Shultz as your buying agent and we will have no hesitation using her again.

Handled the negotiations masterfully
I’m an out of state seller. Andrea and her team took over from our property manager and had the house on the market in a week. We had an offer in 4 days and Andrea handled the negotiations masterfully. We agreed to a couple repairs, which were all handled by her team, all I had to do was agree to the estimates. Closing went smooth and on time. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend the Pettitt Group!

Emily is a true professional. We purchased our home in Boise after a whirlwind two days of showing us all over. Knew What Was Happening Every Step of the Way
I loved working with Liz! She is so knowledgeable, confident, and reassuring. I felt so well taken care of and knew what was happening every step of the way! This was my first house and I never felt in the dark. She had incredible knowledge of the neighborhoods and had us think about location in ways I had never thought of. For instance, to think about proximity to things I like to do, not just work. The end result was the perfect home that we found that very first weekend. Liz was wonderful at offer negotiation and I appreciated all of the hard work she put into making sure everything worked out! Above all else, I felt like Liz was truly a friend through the process, albeit an extremely knowledgeable and accomplished friend!
